2. Services

ZifyBot provides AI-powered voice agents, automated inbound and outbound calling, lead engagement tools, and call analytics services designed for business use.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable U.S. federal and state telemarketing and communications laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and for obtaining all required call consents.

4. Prohibited Use

Users may not use ZifyBot for illegal activities, spam, fraud, harassment, deceptive practices, or any activity that abuses or interferes with platform systems.

5. Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. ZifyBot may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, AI models, platform technology, content, and branding are the exclusive property of ZifyBot.ai and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZifyBot shall not be liable for regulatory penalties, lost revenue, indirect damages, or misuse of the platform by customers.

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZifyBot.ai from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the services or violation of applicable laws.

9. Governing Law

10. Termination

ZifyBot may suspend or terminate access to the services at its discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
